Our History
Mayberry Learning Center started in
1999. The first center was built and opened
in August of 1999 and located at 401 S.
South Street in Mount Airy. The Mayberry Learning Center locations at
Riverside Drive in Mount Airy and Johnson
Ridge Road in Elkin were bought that same
year. In 2006 Mayberry opened another
center called PTW located at Mountain
View Lane in Mount Airy. The summer
of 2007 we opened a center located in Greensboro, North
Carolina called Four Season Childcare Center. We bought this center after it was closed
down. Afterwards we remodeled to
ensure a clean and safe center for children to learn and prosper in. We are proud to announce a new addition to
the Mayberry Learning Center family opening in the summer of 2008, this new center is located at the corner of
Highway 66 and Mount View Road in King, North Carolina. All of our centers are equal and strive for
the same goal; children come first.
We started our daycares because we felt there was a great need
for quality child care in this area.
At Mayberry we strive to be the best in child care by providing a safe
and healthy learning environment for children. We ensure quality by providing a creative
and productive curriculum and we also hire well educated and experienced
teachers.
Each center has installed cameras in every classroom so that the
parents can feel free to look in on their children anytime they wish to. We also have computers in the classrooms
for the older children.

us. We will be glad to give you a tour
